TOEFL
TOEFL iBT or the Test Of English as a Foreign Language(TOEFL) is an international English language test administered by non-profit organization Education Testing Services or ETS. Students who want to apply for higher education overseas, scholarship and certification candidates, students and workers applying for visa can take TOEFL test any number of times not more than once in a 12-day period. TOEFL measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand English.
It has four sections :
Listening, Reading , Writing, and Speaking. IBT stands for Internet Based Test which is the most common form of TOEFL conducted worldwide.

- Read 3 or 4 passages from academic texts and answer questions.
- Listening

- (34–51 questions) (60–90 minutes)
- Listen to lectures, classroom discussions and conversations, then answer questions.

- Express an opinion on a familiar topic; speak based on reading and listening tasks.
- Writing

- Write essay responses based on reading and listening tasks; support an opinion in writing.
THE TEST SCORED: Your scores are based on your performance on the questions in the test. You must answer at least one question each in the Reading and Listening sections, write at least one essay, and complete at least one Speaking task to receive an official score. For the TOEFL iBT® test, administered via the Internet, you will receive four scaled section scores and a total score:
1) Reading Section (0–30)
2) Listening Section (0–30)
3) Speaking Section (0–30)
4) Writing Section (0–30)
